T26P going directly to voicemail

When a call is answered on the T26P the call is automatically sent to voicemail. The phone rings before hand but drops off when answered. A reboot resolves this temporarily but is there a permanent fix?

Hi moduleit,

1. What is your PBX?
2. Do you mean when you reboot the phone, this issue will disappear and then after a period time, this issue will appear again?
If yes, please supply me syslog level 6, config.bin and pcap trace.
Before you export the syslog, please set log level as 6, and reboot the phone, then click Start,and reproduce the issue, then click Stop,and export the trace, syslog, config,bin to us.

These three files are very important for us, hope you can kindly understand.
