T48G : echo and noise on external calls

Hi,
i'm a bit frustated.
All my new T48G gives me echoes and noises on external calls.
How may i solve that ?

is the internal call have echo ?

if no , you can try to make a ip call between two Yealink phones , if still no echo, then that means the network and phone are all OK and the echo is coming from the server or gateway side

you can capture a pcap file and then send to your sip server or gateway provider for help
