Yealink T21P E2 Nebula No MWI Light ?

Hi there when people leave a message the mwi indicator does not come on. We have a hunt group with three phones they all ring correctly and leave a voicemail ok, but there is no indicator on the phone.

Nebula aren't very helpful as they don't support handsets.

Can anyone help?

Do you mean that phone has a voice mail icon on LCD but the indicator doesn't light up?
Or there is no icon on the LCD either?

If not, the NOTIFY message phone receive may not carry a correct voice mail update. I attach a NOTIFY pcap sample.
