Firmware Recovery

Hi all,

I am trying to recover a T42g phone and it only downloaded the .rfs and .bin files but not the .rom file from the TFTP server. Can someone assist?

Hi,

first of all,please check the name of firmware should be T42.rom,and the URL should be correct.

if the above are all correct,please try to test another firmware.

Hi Klaus,

Yes the file names are correct. As per the tftpd log file, if is not even attempting to look for the rom file. Could you provide me a link for the recovery firmware for T42G package for me try with your set of files?
