Phones Loosing Registration ~ Very Often ~
Hi everyone!

We are a hosted provider and a lot of our Csr's phones loose registration and it re-registers after a simple reboot. This has been going on for weeks and we're having a hard time figuring out the cause.

I would love to know if anyone has been having this annoying issue that we are dealing with.

Just to mention. We are using the NetSapiens platform.

Hi Abe, Just a thought…

- Are there only Yealink models involved or also other brands?
- Have you try other brands/models to check if they have also this registration problem?
- Are there no changes being made on the NetSapiens platform recently?

Thanks for replying.

Yes, only Yealink phones have this issue. we started selling Grandstream phones for all new Csr's until we will get this resolved.

Grandstream, Polycom, and Cisco, don't have this issue.

Hello Abe,

Can you please set syslog to level 6 and start pcap trace, export the two file and config.bin when phone lose registration.
I will send them to R&D for an analysis.
