Thanks for replying Michael, we have the latest firmware on the majority of the phones other than a couple of tester ones on older firmwares to see if they work any better but they all seem to have the same issues. I've tried factory resetting all the phones but still no luck. What else can I try?

Hi Jethro, I don't know how to fix it. Maybe the phone can provide some interesting logs, which can point people wiser than me to the solution.

Hello.. I have a similar but not the same issue. We have Bluetooth headsets that were working great. Now they emit a continuous ringing tone in the headsets, even though the phone is not ringing. The same headsets work fine when paired with another Bluetooth device.

This issue started when the phones were updated to be able to display names on the caller ID.

Help! We need our headsets back!

Hello Brandon,

If you remove the bluetooth headset and re-pair it again will the tone come back?
If yes, you hear the tone immediatelly connect it or after some time?

Also please set phoen syslog level to 6 under setting-> configuration and export it when you hear the tone.

Yes, the tone starts immediately after pairing the device. It happens with multiple dongles and multiple headsets that used to work. The tone we hear is the same tone the headset makes when there is an incoming call, but there it no call ringing, and it never stops. I have deleted the Bluetooth device and re-scanned for it multiple times. Thanks for the reply!

OK, can you please get a level 6 syslog. Set the syslog to level 6 firstly. Then delete the device and re-pair it. Export the syslog when you hear tone.

We want to connect our Konftel 55W to a T46G with the Bluetooth USB Dongle BT40. However, the Konftel 55W does not detect the T46G. And neither does the T46G detect the Konftel 55W.

How can we connect the Konftel 55W with our T46G (incl. Bluetooth Dongle)?
