Change DND functionailty

Hi
Is it possible to use the DND Code On and DND Code Off to update the DND Status on our PBX, but NOT enable DND on the phone ?

Ideally I'd like to be able to use the phones DND button and see the DND status image, but I don't want the phone to do any DND... only the PBX.

That way the phone system controls the DND routing not the handset.

I want this too. Often users set DND on the phone, then unset it on the server using the softphone - in this manner, the desk phone is still in DND mode.

So how do we do this then ?

Perhaps Yealink will create a combobox selection: "on Phone", "on Server", "Both" - for DND button.

Do we know if they will do this... or are we all just hoping ?
