No incoming audio with T20P and Broadsoft

No incoming audio with T20P and Broadsoft
I recently bought a T20P to work with our Broadsoft PBX. There is no incoming audio. The handset itself is fine. I configured it manually, tried auto provisioning as well. People can hear me, but I can't hear them. When I use a soft phone (same LAN) it works just fine. Is there something I missed? Please help.

Sorry for my late reply.
I have known the issue what you encountered.
Then may I have the following answers for further analysis?
1. Does this issue happen no matter the other part is internal call or external call ?
2.How often does the issue happen, always? if not ,pls tell me the probability of occurrence.
3.How many phones have the issue in your side.
4.What kind of phones does the other part use?
Could you pls use this issue phone to make a call to another nomal yealink phone,and then get the information from both two phones when issue happen.
1,syslog (level 6)
2,trace packets
3, config.bin files
Pay attention: Press 'Start' firstly before reproduce the issue. And syslog must be level 6.
If you don’t know how to get, I put the Guide in the attachment.
Once you get the information ,please send the mail to :coco@yealink.com.
