T54W does not Record

The USB section of the common files for T53W and T54W are configured identically, however when we auto-config any T53W, it records calls, but non of the T54W phones are able to recording. When we plug in a USB stick into a T54W, it recognizes but does not record.

Both model of phone has firmware 96.86.0.70

Is there any other parameter to be set other that the following?

features.usb_call_recording.enable = 1
features.auto_recording.enable = 1
static.usbdisk.function.enable= 1

Please reset the phones to factory default settings, re-provision and try again.

Please reset the phones to factory default settings, re-provision and try again.

Thank you for your prompt response.
We tested on at least T54W models, we factory reset them; loaded the latest firmware; we loaded only the common file and manually configured an extension, but none one them record. We used the same USB stick on on T53W and it worked as expected.

Just realized that the USB stick that used to work and record, doesn't record anymore although is recognized by the phone. I used another USB stick and it works! Problem solved!
