T54w firmware versions

Hello, the only firmware version available is 96.86.0.70. I have a customer whose phones are on release 96.86.0.126. Which version is newer? I would think .126 is newer than .70 as it's a larger number. Anybody know when version 96.86.0.126 was released? Thank you.

Hi,

You would say that version .126 is newer than version .70, but it could also be that version .126 is a special (test) version of Yealink support to fix certain errors in the firmware for that type of phone.
Maybe Yealink helpdesk can give you an answer.

Thanks for your reply. Yealink is closed for the Lunar New Year so I'll probably have to wait until after the weekend to hear back from them.

The latest one (Technical Support Version, which is basically a publicly released version with newer fixes than the official one that is only updated once/twice a year, see more here https://support.yealink.com/en/portal/kn...536908ede) for this phones seems to be 96.86.0.116.
