Delete Internal Contacts

Hello guys,

I would like to delete the Internal Contacts from a T54W (96.84.0.20) phone using a tag or more if possible.

I added the contacts using the following tag:

local_contact.data.url = http://.../Phonebook.xml

As you already using the tag:

local_contact.data.url = http://.../Phonebook.xml

and you want to delete it ,you can use below tag :



local_contact.data.delete =

It deletes all local contacts.

Example:

local_contact.data.delete = http://localhost/all

Is there a way to delete the "groups" created also? For example if you program local contacts with a group called "vendors" and have contacts in that group and another group called "sales" with contacts in. The contacts get deleted with the above tag but the groups remain. Any way to delete the groups also?

Is there a way to delete the "groups" created also?

We are managing the phones through YMCS and have already uploaded the directory last year. The customer has made changes to the local directory and we need to update. If we use the YMCS to upload the new directory it will not overwrite the existing directory.

1. How do we delete the old directory from the current phones on site including the group names using YMCS.
