No ringing tone in the headset with FW 58.85.0.5
Hello,

we use T58V and T58A with headsets Jabra 930 Pro usb.
After update to FW. 58.85.0.5 we no longer have a ringing tone in the headset.

Can anyone confirm this situation. Do we have a bug in the FW or is it no longer compatible with the Jabra 930 Pro?

Hi Rolf,

I cannot confirm the issue you have, but the Jabra 930 Pro USB is not listed in the "Tested wireless headset list compatible with Yealink IP Phone V8.4.pdf" as tested headset. Nor in V84 as V85 firmware.

I'm using the T58 with this firmware with a Plantronics CS540 and I do have ringing.

Is your setting set to ring in the headset (see the answer here: http://forum.yealink.com/forum/showthrea...tid=43082)
