Slow response when user presses buttons means phone number enters incorrectly
Does anyone have a fix for the T-55a and T-56 Microsoft Teams phone.
What happens is if you go to the phone and start to enter a number very quickly using the keys the first number enters and then it will tend to miss the next two numbers in the sequence and then continues with the fourth number in the sequence. This means the phone number is incorrectly dialed.
If you enter your first number then count to two and then enter the next number you are fine everything works correctly. However you try explaining this to staff people who are using the rooms where this system is installed as a break out room and you can understand there frustration. Especially as when you are frustrated you normally start trying to type number even more quickly and then draw the conclusion the phone is painfully slow and should now be ripped out and replaced.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
