T58A Teams Edition and EXP50

I have a shiny new Teams Edition T58A, upgraded to the latest firmware (58.15.0.45). I also have a new EXP50.

When I reboot the T58A, the EXP50 hangs on "Welcome, Loading....". If I reconnect the USB, it'll boot and load in about 3 secs.

The phone status (Web UI) shows that it is connected, and displays the hardware and firmware revs:
Firmware Version 1.0.1.5
Hardware Version 75.1.0.0.0.0.9.0

However, that is where the magic ends. I have no way of configuring the EXP50. Long press on a button doesn't do anything, and there are no options in the WebUI (or on the phone UI) for configuring the EXP50.

Is the EXP50 not compatible with the Teams Edition of the T58A? Or do I need to try and upload some config file to the T58A with the DSS options?

How can I configure the EXP50 on the T58A Teams Edition?

Teams phone currently not support EXP50, we consider the implementation of expansion feature in the feature release after Teams APP supports contact feature.

Is there a date that we can expect for this or are all my EXP50 & EXP40's useless in the future? I do see contacts and contact groups in my teams as of 2020 Jan 28.

Is there an updated roadmap? The compatibility between Yealink T58A Teams Edition and EXP50 is also a crucial point for us. When will it be available?

I completely agree. I am rolling out a bunch off these and must have the ability to either use the EXP50 sidecar OR have the Teams favorites in list view as opposed to icon. Is that what you mean by "contact" support in the Teams firmware?

Ok so now the EXP50 works when paired with some phones. (T58) But some phones (T58) the EXP50 will go back to a log in screen. Same Firmware, same hardware versions. If you hit the [People] app on the phone, or once a call comes in, the EXP50 will display the sign in screen until the app or call is completed.

The Same here.... when will the Teams-Version of T58a supports EXP50 Modules? On one User the exp50 restarts after every call, on another user it works :-(
