Will the WiFI dongle work here?

Hi All,

I have a T46G running 28.83.0.53 (yep, 53) and I'm wondering if the WiFi dongle will work for this. For what it's worth, the .53 firmware allows for expanded options for the power LED. I have residential clients that want the phones to be absolutely dark at night. What I don't know is if the dongle will work on this release. Anyone have a thought or three?

I do not think the .53 firmware will be a problem if you going to use the WF40 Wi-Fi dongle.
But if you want to know it for sure I suggest to contact Yealink support directly.

Tested on a T46G with 28.83.0.50 with known working WF50 Dongle....doesn't recognise it - hope that answers that part...

Not all that surprising given release dates of the WF50. Try with an older WF40 there's a much better chance of that working.
