See the sender of a transfer in phone display

Hi,

we are using 3CX with T46G Phones and want to see the sender of transfered calls in phone display. As an example for an blind transfer:

external number via internal number

Is that possible?

Hi Jacob,

For your question, our phone don't support that at present, we can display the incoming call id and contact call id as below:
Example:
A call B, B transfer to C, on C screen display: A > C

   

Is this solution OK for you? If not, can I kindly know why you need this feature? Is there any project need this feature? How many phones in this project?
