W52P Ring Volume and Missed Calls Notification

Hi group

I have no issues with this phone at this stage other than the ring volume.
Its just too low to be heard if you are in another room.
Im hoping that its a software limitation only.

I would also like to turn off the Missed Calls Notification.

I just tried it and it will probably work (thanks) but its actually just the indicator I want to turn off e.g. no flashing red led. I would still like to have the call history but I dont want to be told that there is some.

# Enables or disable the message key LED to flash red when the handset misses a call; 0-Disabled; 1-Enabled (default);
custom.handset.missed_call_notify_light.enable = 0

Note: It works only if the value of the parameter “auto_provision.handset_configured.enable” is set to 1 (Enabled).

Thanks for the info. I should have realised that there is more in provisioning than the web interface.
Now if I can just get the ring louder, it will be perfect

To do this: Press OK, Settings, Audio, Ring Tones, Volume – then change volume.

I have this same issue with a customer. I recently read that on this phone you can download the ring tone. Then you can use editing software to turn amplify the volume. Save it and upload that to the phone. I haven't done this myself yet.
