WH63 - voice quality poor, sounds like radio

Same issues here + they will just stop working.

I would say out of the 30 or so of these headsets that we have deployed 5 to 10 have had zero issues including mine(but I rarely use it). About 15 have been replaced under warranty (BY US, not yealink. We are fairly busy and the amount of time it takes to deal with each RMA + the cost of shipping, it is just easier to have a replacement headset drop shipped to our customer).

These headsets seem to be absolute garbage. We are no longer stocking these and will be very cautious with selling any wireless yealink headsets; the wired ones seem to work well.

Yeah I am leaning towards not using them.

Just again this morning had one that wasn't working WH62+T54W no audio both ways on the headset, switch to phone no problem.

unplug usb of headset plug back in, no fix.

Only thing that fix's is doing the full headset re-set from the desktop software, not great.
