T48U BLF show line status for selected users

Thank you for reply. 3CX do not support custom phone temaplate, they support just their standard template: https://www.3cx.com/docs/blf/

We use custom template for phone adjustment and we look for solution to provide block of BLF use from Yealink T48U side.

We want to block Yealink user from selecting DDS touch BLF (hide BLF to select from level of touch Yealink menu). Is it possible ?

Hi,

I think this question belongs more on the 3CX forum than on the Yealink forum, because the phones are fully provisioned by 3CX, after which adjustments are not really possible anymore.
You could adjust the template, but then you have no support from 3CX if something no longer works.
