Display 0 for line pickup

Hello everyone,

when I want to call outside, I have to dial 0.
When I receive a call, it is recorded in the history, but without the 0.
If I want to call back from the history, the call doesn't go through because I don't have that 0.
I've tried changing the rule, for example :
06 becomes 006 but it doesn't work.
How can I put the 0 in the history or how can I remove the obligation to make the 0 to take a line?
