Hi hal,

Do you mean your account can't register in your T22?
Please reset your phone firstly and try again.

If it still fails, could you provide more info about it?
1. What is your LCD display? "No Service"? " "Network Unavailable"? Or anything else?
2. What is your phone firmware version?
3. In order to do more troubleshootings, please export your config.bin file to me.
You can compress the config.bin file then attach it in the post.
4. How many phones have this issue?
