Updating Directory

Hello,

Looking for some direction on how to automatically update the directory in the Yealink phone.
We have used the HFS File Server program to host the contact.xml file on the local network and then have the Yealink phones sync the Directory to that.
But our SonicWALL Antivirus will not let me download/install the HFS program. It sounds like we will not be able to download programs to do this. There is an onsite server that could host the contact.xml file.

The phones are on a Hosted VOIP Service BTW. Any help would be much appreciated.
