Auto-Provisioning not updating/replacing settings.

Just for information, - I figured it out! (After hours of testing..)

The new provision file is now 100% M7 template compatible. It seems that some parameters in the previous provision file where outdated and incompatible. These legacy parameter probably cause errors with firmware newer then v70+.

Note, this T32G & T38G config here is designed for Europe, - it has 24 clock & date format and (Central) European daylight saving parameters.
