MP52 dark screen

I have an MP52 Teams phone that has a dark screen (with white text), also the icons fail to show at the bottom of the screen unless highlighted.

Firmware is upto date.
Teams app is upto date.
I have factory reset the phone multiple times.

I cannot see a setting that has any effect on the display.

Any thoughts?
