refurbished yealink, but old provider

Hi,

I'm probably the only one who has this problem.
I bought a refurbished T46S phone

The Mac is still with the old provider. I had already opened a ticket about this but didn't get a really good answer.

How can I find the old provider so that I can connect it to my new provider with provisioning?
