Automatically Configure Screen Saver MP56

Is it possible to deploy a config file to the MP56 phone to define a custom screen saver?

I tried creating a file and uploading it but it doesn't doe anything. File name and setting below.

local_time.android_time_zone = America/New_York
screensaver.enable = 1
screensaver.wait_time = 30
screensaver.type = 4
screensaver.upload_url = https://mydomain/screen1.jpg
