Hi,

"Connect Error" means that the handset can't connect to the Remote Phone Book... but you've already figured that out.

Have you already restarted the base station and checked whether the problem has been resolved?
Have there been any recent updates or changes to firmware?
Try https://<NAS_IP-address>/Yalink.xml instead of https://nas/Yealink.xml
