Configure VC400 MS Teams for phone conf

Hello all. This is my first post so I am hopeful this is the right location.

We have deployed the YeaLink MVC400s throughout our organization and have MS Teams VC set up without issue and running well.

However, each resource in the Microsoft admin portal also has a phone license assigned to it in addition to the MS Teams license.

The other day a user was asking how to use the Yealink to voice call someone like a conference phone. For example, dialing a user's desk phone, Cellphone, or landline.

Is this feature possible with the Yeaklink?

I know that when a Teams meeting is scheduled it assigns a phone number to call in but this is different. The user wants to initiate the phone call from the conference unit.
