BLF Ringing overwrites Talking

Good day. I've seen this post, but nothing on it since 2018.

I have the need to prevent the inbound call from causing the BLF Led to flash when the user is already on a call.

I have tried several overrides and nothing is preventing this behaviour.

Can anyone assist please?
