Please upgrade the firmware to V73 beta version and try again. You can download the firmware from below link:
V73 Beta2 Version Firmware And Release Notes of Version 73 Release

If the issue still exist after updgrading, would you please send me email which including your issue and this thread link with your personal email , then I can identify the issue and give you update? My email address is wilson@yealink.com.
