Speed Dial Keys - mitch - 11-02-2013 07:12 PM

Is it possible that i could program button 2 to call y number, and also button 3 to call x number.

I have created numbers so they are in my phone book, but a quick dial button would be better for me.

which phone model are you using? Do you mean make numeric key 2 be the speed dial?

Hello Craig,
Thanks for the reply. I am using a T20P.
I have not used speed dial for years, but yes, lets say for instance, press number 2 then the # button and it then calls the speed dial number that i have stored for number 2. As this is the only phone that i have at home now, the mrs is a little bit upset that she has to dial an extra 5 number for the area code, whereas she did not need to when using a bt land line.

Hi mitch,

We do support this feature now but your opinion has been submitted to our product department.
In version 9.71.0.140, i enter the webpage of T20, click the DSSKey option->Programmable key, you can configure speakdial keys in these 9 keys. These speed dial numbers can take effect in idle interface.

Log In, go to Settings>Dial Plan>Replace Rule
Example: In prefix enter "1" In replace enter "8005551212"

Now, press 1 and then hold # (send key)

That worked perfectly.
