100 calling - Crow2882 - 10-31-2013 04:59 AM I work with tech support for a VOIP system, and we seem to be having an issue with a few phones. They will get a 100 calling them and it will just ring and ring and ring. If they pick it up no one is there. It will never leave a voicemail due to the face that it doesn't go through the phone server. When we go into the call log on phone it gives the phones IP address @ the router. With the Caller ID being 100, so it seems almost like it's coming locally. Any idea or fixes? Thanks Mark RE: 100 calling - Yealink Support - 10-31-2013 04:41 PM Hi Crow2882, 1. Please disable the Allow IP Call in the webpage. (Webpage->Features->General Information->Allow IP Call, disable it) 2. Limit the IP address in your voice switch and can keep this IP address away. |
