This has got me totally stumped.
I am trying to transfer an incoming call to an extension that is not a handset served from the same W52P as the handset that answered the call.
Firmware is:
Base unit: 25.73.0.27
Handset: 26.73.0.11
When I go to transfer via R key or Options>Transfer all I get is a list of the other handset registered to the base. When I key the extension number e.g.89 nothing is displayed on the handset screen.
How to I actually dial an extension number to transfer to????
