Using a DSSKey to transfer calls. - Ricardo Martins - 10-29-2013 09:15 PM Hi, I'm trying to use a DSSKey to transfer calls but is not working the way i expected. I'm doing the following procedure: A calls B, B answer the phone, B hit's the transfer button and the DSSKet to C. I tried to change the setting Features > Transfer > Transfer Mode Via Dsskey but the only mode that works for me is the "New Call"(not desired), using the Blind Transfer/Attended Transfer the call always returns to B in the scenario described above. I'm using the 2.71.0.140 with a account in my Broadsoft system. Thanks in advance.
