Why when my phone looses VPN connection Watch Dog doesn't reboot it as expected? Huh

I always need to reboot it my self to reestablish VPN connection!

Thanks,
Rui

Hi ruiseixas,

1. Do you enable watch dog in your T20P?
2. Do you mean when you loose VPN connection, phone doesn't prompt a reboot box? (like the attachment)
I disable the VPN connection in the webpage.

In my test, when phone lose VPN connection, phone won't reboot automatically. And this is normal.

Hi Administrator,

I think you are saying that Watch Dog always prompts before restart, but if it's so, then there is no need for Watch Dog, because its purpose is exactly that, restarting automatically...

If there is the question of systematic restarts each one immediately after the previous one due to no connection, then you only need to add a field that demands a minimum period of time between restarts for Watch Dog! For instance, only after 1 hour from last restart can Watch Dog restart (again)... Smile

As an alternative, is it possible to have a timer for periodical restarts?

Thanks,
Rui
