Hello, in Yealink's advertising photos, the HEADSET and MUTE buttons on the T46G are colored red and green (although I forgot which is which). Our T46G's do not do this; any suggestion on how to fix this?

The HEADSET button should be green and the MUTE button should be red, but they only light up when in use. In other words, if you're not actively muting a call, it won't light up.
Are you saying that neither of your buttons light up when in use?

Oh nevermind. I thought they should be lit during standby. They work. Thanks.
