Transfer Failed w/ callcentric - acatt - 10-26-2013 03:39 AM

I have various T2X and T4X phones and I'm using callcentric.
Anytime I try a transfer it fails.
A blind transfer results in a 'recall' on the transferring phone.
An attended transfer results in a 'transfer failed' error on the transferring phone.
This is true for all phones and two different callcentric accounts.
All phones have been updated to the latest firmware.
Any help would be appreciated!

May be your callcentric doesn't support this feature. Can you check about it?

Also in order to debug in yealink., please send your Syslog level 6, config.bin and trace to me.
Before you export the syslog, please set log level as 6, and reboot the phone, then click Start,and reproduce the issue, then click Stop,and export the trace, syslog, config,bin to us.
(About where to export these files, please refer to attached screenshot.)
These three files are very important for us, hope you can kindly understand.
