Hy, I'm new here and want to know that VOIP can be operate-able on iPhone. If yes then under what circumstances.!!!!!

A Voip server no, a Voip client yes. There are plenty of voip clients out there that will work. We use the 3cx ios client because we have a 3cx server (it works with almost any sip provider). The 3cx server also supports the yealink phones.
