BLF with Asterisk wrong Unavailable State - svizi - 10-23-2013 05:11 PM
Hi all,
i have a Yealink T20 and configured one of the two DSS Keys as a BLF.
The key is blinking green when the extension is InUse but there is no difference when the extension is Unavailable or Idle.

Hi svizi,
Do you enable the LED off in idle?
(Enter the webpage->Features->General Information->LED off in idle)
It is enable in default, so if your monitor account is idle, the LED will off.
So you can disable it to distinguish between unavailable.
can you try again?

I have enabled the LED off in idle.
Now the led is off on both Unavailable or Idle states and steady green when Inuse.

Steady green when inuse is not the right LED status.
Could you tell me your version?
Could you reset to factory and try again?
If the issue is still on, please supply us config.bin and we can debug in yealink.

Version is 9.71.0.140.
Factory reset didn't help. How can i send the config.bin ?
