Can anyone please tell me if you are able to change the number of rings on a T26 so a call will transfer to VM quicker than it currently does (6 rings)

If you download the administrator manual from the Yealink website you can find the instructions on page 92. You'll want to change the ring time for call forward no answer. You can do this through the web interface, on the phone (I think), and through provision file.
