Enable BLF for Broadsoft - CraigFox - 10-17-2013 12:33 AM

I have programmed the t46g as I have for the other t3xg phone but the BLF functions are not monitoring. The user guide references the IP Phone Deployment Guide for configuring the t46g to work with Broadsoft.

1) Where is that guide?
2) What are the settings on the t46g to enable integration with the Broadsoft BroadWorks platform?

We creat a new solutions especially for Broadsoft. You can enter the Broadsoft Solution in below link.

1. You can download the especially version of T46G which enable Broadsoft default.

Does this new solution for Broadsoft work for other Yealink phones, such as the t38g or is it limited to the t4x phones?

I have successfully installed the update and now have the blf list functionality on the phone.

I there any way to control what DSS Keys are assigned to the BLF list? I'd like to skip over a couple of keys to align the BLFs with along the right hand side, e.g. assign blf list to DSS Keys 6-9

Hi CraigFox,

1. You can refer to below link for broadsoft version of T38. Our T3X enable broadsoft feature in default.

2. you can assign the blf list to DSS types 6-9 using auto-provisioning.

You can configure the DSS type for BLF List.

Hi ,

I am trying configure BLF list feature on T46G , T26P and T38G.

And I am trying set the filed "phone_setting.auto_blf_list_enable = 0" to display the green solid light when the user is idle , but the phone never turns the light to solid green.
I am able to achieve this by disabling "Turn Led Off When Idle" in Features-General Configuration from the web UI.
Can you let me know if this is a bug or I am missing some thing.
BTW as of now T46G and T26P behaved the same way.

Yes I did follow the document and every thing works fine except the solid green light.
As I already told .. I am not able to enable that solid green light using the provisioning temple. However I am able to enable it from the Web UI.

If you use version 71 for T46, T28.
Please add below syntax to your provisioning template.
-------------------------------------------
#!version:1.0.0.1
#Enables or disables the phone to turn off the BLF key LED when the #monitored user is idle. 0-Disabled, 1-Enabled

features.blf_and_callpark_idle_led_enable = 1
-------------------------------------------

Can you please make sure you add the following two properties to the documentation.

bw.directory_enable = 1
features.blf_and_callpark_idle_led_enable = 0
