Dear Yealink user,
I have little trouble with T38G models.
If I get a call from external the phone rings immediately. But... if I get an internal call I see the call on the display, the lights are flashing but I can't her any ringtone. After 5 till 10 seconds I can hear the ring tone.
Do anybody have this experience too?

I would upload a copy of the log from the phone and a pcap trace of calls from external and internal extensions. Those two items should tell us something.

Hi Lars Maschke,
1. Do your other phones have the same problem?
2. Can you provide a syslog level 6 of the phone and two pcap trace of calls from external and internal extensions to me?
And we can do troubleshooting from your files.
Before you export the syslog, please set log level as 6, and reboot the phone, then click Start,and reproduce the issue, then click Stop,and export the trace, syslog to us.
