display part of the incoming call is OK, we see the number in the first row and the info that we set up in Asterisk in the second row. That works perfectly. However, the display part of the missed call is wrong, because all we can see in the second row is that same info from Asterisk, which is now useless, because it is just an information on the path that caller took in order to reach the callee (e.g. whether it was directly dialed number, or was it a call to the particular queue, or if the caller used our VoiceDial service, etc.), which is useless in the case of the missed call, because most our users would like to see the phone number in there in order to see who called them and whom they should call back.

Hi,

Never mind, I have found the solution myself: I have set up Features > General Information > Call List Show Number to Enabled, and now it works as I wanted. During the incoming call, I can see the CallerID(name), and if I do not pick up, when I check the missed call, I can see the number, and not the name. I was setting up the new phones for our new colleagues and updated to the latest version (9.72.0.25), and noticed this setting for the first time, I did not see it before, however when I checked up my phone I have noticed it there, too, and I have 9.71.0.165. I cannot find it anywhere in the documentation, not even in the http://www.yealink.com/Upload/T2X/2014102/Yealink_SIP-T2xP_and_SIP-T19P_IP_Phone_Family_Administrator_Guide_V72_1.pdf so i do not know when it was introduced, however it is surely a useful setting.

We have a similar issue with our T46G units. When the customer reviews the history on the phone the Caller Name shows first and prevents them from seeing the CallerID number. They would prefer to see the number first so that they know the number they are dialing. I do not see a similar option as shared above on the T46G units.

Please advise.
