Set for EST -5 and still showing 2 hours off and 24HR even though it is set to 12HR

Hi Element,
Do you mean when you set the time zone as "-5 Unit States Eastern Time", the time displayed in the handset is incorrect? It's slower for 2 hours?
And when you set the time format on the handset as "12 hour", it still display for example 22:30 ?
But i tested these two issues, and works well.
Does your base firmware is 25.30.0.40, and the handset firmware is 26.30.0.40?
