We have install the firmware on the base, we now testing it, and it looks fine at the moment.
we test it a few day's and then report it to you.

Dear support team!
We have the same problem, although we have installed:
25.50.0.20 (Base Firmware) New
26.50.0.20 (Handset Firmware) New

Could you release a file for us to fixing it? I attached the log files.

Could you please describe your issue detailed, supply syslog level 6, config.bin and pcap and send to support@yealink.com or support.usa@yealink.com. Our technical support team will hel you.

I have the same problem, i tried upgrade the firmware in the base and the handset but is not the solution, any idea?

We have the same problem with W52P:

25.50.0.20 (Base Firmware)
26.50.0.20 (Handset Firmware)

Our customer has about 240 sip phone w52p type!!! This is a very urgent problem !!!
Could we expect to solve this problem in the latest firmware 25.73.0.25 ?

What's the pbx server?
Please have a try of latest firmware. It has better compatability.
If the problem persist, please send us syslog level 6, config.bin and pcap and our R&D will do an analyais. Since in most of case such an issue is related to environment so we can only draw a conclusion after analysis.

We use W52P SIP phone with Avaya MES 6.2.2 PBX. At the same time, we use a lot of phones linksys and they work fine.
I'll let you know about the changes after phone firmware update.
