I have 10 T41's with EHS 36 connected with a Jabra 9460.

The jabra's are working fine for appr. a day. Suddenly they don't show any respons on incoming calls again. I have to reset the EHS by taking out the cable from the phone to the EHS. After connecting the cable back to the EHS every works fine again for appr. a day.

T41 at FW 36.72.188.22
EHS36 at HW 48.0.0.0 / FW 3.16.0.0
Jabra 9460 at 3.13.2 VP3 SP4

Attached connection schema.

10 workplaces equiped with this combination. Happens randomly at any of the 10 workplaces

Never had this with Polycom/EHS/Jabra combination. So very disappointed

sorry for the inconvenience that made , to solve this issue, out engineer will connect to you through email as you are using a customized firmware

We do have exactly the same problem with our Jabra Headsets. After a while, they don't respond anymore.
It seems to me, that the EHS kind of "inverts" the hangup-state. I can hear a low noise in the headset when there is no call. If i make a call then (or answer to a call) the noise disappears and i can hear nothing. No noise, no ring tone and no voice. The callee can't hear me too.
This happens after 1-2 days and can be repaired by taking the EHS plug out from the telephone for a second.

All Headsets worked without any issue with our older Telephones (elmeg).


We have 8 workplaces equiped with this combination:

Yealink T46G
Firmware Version 28.71.150.18
Hardware Version 28.2.0.128.0.0.0
(Firmware Version comes with our PBX - starface - and can't be changed)

EHS
Hardware Version 48.0.0.0
Firmaware Version 3.16.0.0

Jabra GN9350e

I too have many users / resellers describing the exact same scenario as F-Id just mentioned.
