Hi,
It works on the line keys on the T22 model but when trying to set it on a DSS as a BLF key the pick up doesn't work, just dials *8(extension). THe hosted system is different to normal PBX's in that you set your own feature code in the control panel.

Hi,
The issue was PBX specific. They believe there is no use for BLF :O I managed to convince them to develop a real BLF call pick up function so just waiting on that to come through.
