Phone automatically answer a call on speaker mode - ajerez - 08-14-2013 11:09 PM
I have a T28P ip phone and sometimes when the phone is ringing and nobody answer for some seconds (10 s for example) the call is automatically answered in speakerphone mode.
Sometimes the described behavior happens when the call has been established, that is, the user is speaking and suddenly the calls continues in the speakerphone and the returns to the handset.
Is there any configuration that can causes the mentioned ?
The phone firmware version is 2.70.0.110, I am going to upgrade to the latest one but I wonder if this could be a configuration issue or a device malfunction.
