Thanks. I will submit to our R&D to check.
But because there's a lot of projects that our R&D is processing now, it will need some time for them to arrange and fix this issue, maybe one or two weeks, is it OK?
Anyway any update will let you know ASAP.

one week is ok
the customer can wait this time
the main thing is we fix the problem
we have 45 Phone with this problem !!!!
It is not good if we need more time for the fix !!!
