W52P - Call Recording - Abe1048 - 08-07-2013 06:25 AM Hi, Is it possible to have call recording on the cordless phone, I think that on the T-26/T-28 phones, the feature is under DSS keys Thanks, Abe RE: W52P - Call Recording - Yealink Support - 08-07-2013 03:19 PM Hi Abe, Sorry our W52P do not support call recording feature, it doesn't have DSS key. I'm asking if you could make it possible thru your end, lets say in an upcoming firmware? Thanks, Abe RE: W52P - Call Recording - Yealink Support - 08-08-2013 09:38 AM Let me submit this to our product department to evaluate. BTW, what kind of customer need this feature? We are a hosted PBX company, and our clients are asking for it, as of now we got more than thirty requests, I would appreciate if you could make this happen, Thanks, Abe RE: W52P - Call Recording - vondie - 10-22-2013 01:28 AM I have a need for a programmable key on the W52P myself, specifically to access the shared parking extensions of the 3cx system. Having a few keys, similar to speed dial keys, that could be programmed like the DSS keys of the full size phones would be a very welcomed feature. RE: W52P - Call Recording - Yealink Support - 10-26-2013 10:55 AM Hi vondie, I have sent your need to our Product department. But we have 6 programmable keys that you can defined as speed dial key. I am aware of the programmable speed dial keys, but they currently only allow numerical digits only. To access the shared parking slots. I would need to enter SP0 so alpha characters would be required. |
